fight acne

fight acneYou may have been out of teenage age, but that does not mean your skin is protected from acne. This problem is most likely among people aged between 10 and 35 years old. But if you think you can not fight acne, you’re wrong.

How to fight acne?
The first step is to make some changes to your lifestyle. Leave the rest of nature and first-class cosmetics the rest.

What is acne?
Acne occurs as a result of sebaceous gland obstruction due to the production of too much fat, insufficient cleansing of dead cells and internal health abnormalities. If measures are not taken in time or the sebaceous canals are not properly cleaned, the sebum and dead cells are deposited, gradually clog the glands in depth and cause infection. At the same time, there are bacteria that begin to spread around the surrounding skin areas and so acne spreads across the face and even on the body.

Why does acne appear?
The causes of acne are many – heredity, hormonal changes, unhealthy lifestyles and skin imperfections. Sometimes it’s enough to just change your diet and start taking more careful care of your skin to get rid of acne.

How do you fight this?
Drink plenty of fluids – water has an incredible effect on the skin and does not allow the body to dehydrate while you sleep (so drink at least one cup at bedtime).

Eat vegetables – especially green leafy vegetables that refresh your body and carrots that contain vitamin A (strengthening the protective skin tissues, reducing the production of sebum regenerating cells). And do you know that just the deficiency of vitamin A in the body can cause acne?

Eat foods rich in zinc – this mineral is an antibacterial agent and a necessary element for the functioning of the sebaceous glands of the skin. A diet involving foods that are poor in zinc can cause “crises” of acne.

Avoid greasy foods – since acne is the result of sebaceous gland secretion, you should logically reduce the intake of fat from food.

Do not touch the buds – do not attempt to squeeze, knock or scrub them. The same applies to blackheads, which are also a type of acne – comedic acne. Each of these actions provokes the production of fatty secretions while disturbing the skin membrane and the infection can spread unhindered.

Avoid heavy makeup – forget about powder and foundation. They clog the pores and further prevent the discarding of sebum and dead cells.

Learn to relax – stress is a major factor in the onset of acne. It affects the skin and, hence, the action of the sebaceous glands. An effective way of relaxation is yoga, for example.

Use specialized acne cosmetics.
