Although last year Gisele Bundchen officially retired from fashion, it still remains one of the most popular and preferred models. The Brazilian has not finished her career as we still see her in various fashion magazine photo sessions. As a woman who earns her money with her body (for several years she was the highest paid model in the world), Giselle very well understands the need for a person to eat properly. Her position is shared by her husband, Tom Brady.
Recently, their personal chef Alan Campbell has revealed what the nutritional preferences of one of the most famous couples in the world are:
What do Giselle and Tom eat?
Besides, the model and the athlete are fans of whole grain foods such as brown rice, cinema, millet, all of the legume family. The masses that Giselle and Tom consume are chicken, duck and organic steaks. With regard to fish, the star couple consume mainly wild salmon.
What do Bundchen and Brady never eat?
“No white sugar. No white flour. No monosodium glutamate. I use olive oil, but I do not cook with it – only with coconut oil. Fats like rapeseed oil turn into trans fats. Instead of simple salt, I use Himalayan salt. I never cook with iodine”, reveals Gisele and Tom’s cook.
It turns out, the athlete does not consume potatoes, tomatoes, peppers and eggplant because these foods are not anti-inflammatory. Allows one of them only once a month. Tom is also strict with respect to caffeine and dairy products not present in his diet. Fruits are also not his passion, though he loves bananas.
What do the children of Giselle and Tom eat?
Babies, unlike their father, adore the fruits. They also eat gluten-free products. One of their favorite foods is vege sushi, which consists of caviar rice, carrot, avocado and cucumber. In addition, the cook uses organic soy sauce. For breakfast, model children and athletes love fruit rolls of bananas, pineapple and spirulina.
